Excursion in detail
During our route, we make several stops at local farms and local markets. Here we meet the farmers and breeders who dedicate their lives to the production of quality foods. They proudly tell us about their centuries-old traditions and invite us to taste their products.
We taste artisanal cheeses made with freshly milked milk, smell the intense scent of the olive groves while tasting fresh extra virgin olive oil, and let our palate be surprised by the unique flavors of locally grown organic vegetables. Every taste is a discovery, a way to get closer to the culture and history of these lands.
